Chinese medicine, Acupuncture, Martial Arts
Ken has been a member of the Go2 team since 2013. Ken was first introduced to acupuncture and Chinese medicine as a teenager through Chinese martial arts training. He has been driven by a lifelong passion to learn about the human body and the natural world, and enjoys using his deep understanding to help others. Ken works well in the team environment at Go2 as he truly believes that full integration of complementary health specialties is the most effective and holistic approach to health care. He has found that this not only results in better outcomes for patients but also increases his own understanding of health problems from different clinical perspectives.
Ken’s acupuncture treatments may also incorporate the use of other manual therapies such as cupping, moxibustion and massage or Chinese herbal medicine where appropriate. He has experience in treating a wide range illnesses and conditions including musculoskeletal injuries and pain; headaches; digestive disorders; insomnia; addiction; stress, depression and anxiety; men’s and women’s health; fertility and pregnancy support; and preventative health care.
