Andrew’s 5 years of experience in exercise delivery has focused his energy on movement correction. Training completed in his career has shown him that the human body is a complex and very dependent organism that if altered in any way, may have a profound effect on movement and pain.
Andrew’s passion lies within addressing these muscular imbalances and movement correction strategies. Having started his career in Canada in 2011 after completing a Bachelor of Sports Science, he was introduced to a high level clinic, which fascinated his interests.
Andrew returned home to complete the Master’s of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Queensland and has worked in the musculoskeletal rehabilitation sector ever since. Experience gained in these roles allows Andrew to thoroughly assess and program for muscle imbalances, overloaded structures and tissues and ultimately improved sporting performance.
